AHPによる新しい斜面崩壊調査法の提案 Proposal for a New Method on Slope Failures Survey by AHP
AHPにより, 斜面崩壊調査の一連のプロセスについて階層構造モデルを構築し, また, 経験的な技術的判断のウエイト付けによる数値化を試みた。斜面崩壊の定性的な地形地質要因は野外観察により5段階評価した。斜面崩壊の予知と対策のため (レベル1), 各崩壊要因の寄与度の算出 (レベルII), 崩壊の発生予知 (レベルIII), 崩壊の規模予測 (レベルIV), 対策工の基本方針選定 (レベルV) について, 程度問題として判断プロセスの客観的な検討が可能である。
Abstract This paper proposes a new method on slope failures survey by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The purpose of AHP is to evaluate numerically the experiential judgement by weighting. The clearness of each factor of slope failures is ranked from (1) (unclear) to (5) (clear) by field observations. The hierarchical structure model consists of 5 levels. Level I is a definition of the basic purpose for the forecasting and prevention of slope fail-ures. Level II is the estimation of the effect of each factor contributing to slope failures. Level III is the forecast-ing of occurrence of slope failures. Level IV is the forecasting of the size of slope failures. Level V is the judgement for suitability of the prevention works. The author examined the utility value of AHP method on the slope failures survey, and point out the following merits of AHP, better than the normal experiential iudaements:<BR>(1) AHP gives quantitative support to qualititative field observations as a matter of degree, and makes the proc-ess of the technological judgements quite obvious.<BR>(2) AHP helps control numerous slopes which have a potential to failure, such as the order of necessity, the priority of prevention works, and so on.<BR>(3) AHP helps toward reduction of individual variation and speeding up of slope failures survey, and so on, through a simple method by dealing with personal computer.
