抄録

Electrolysis of water is an important production method of hydrogen. But it contains much amount of impurities such as O₂ and H₂O etc. The H₂ absorption of hydrogen storage alloy is deteriorated by impurities in H₂ gas. Recently, we reported an effect of LiOH and H₂O pretreatment, which drastically enhances the H₂ absorption of the alloy even after the significant air oxidation. In this paper, we report effect of LiOH pretreatment on H₂ absorption of water vapor exposed LaNi₅.
