抄録

The aim of our research is development the educational method to improve an ability of Senior systems engineer. The characteristic of the educational method is about to improve the founded ability of Senior systems engineer.<BR>Our research society has performed the seminar for the systems engineer from 1991.<BR>In this paper, a approach of our research and a situation of the seminar for the systems engineer are reported.
