抄録

Education on information sciences in universities is performed widely in various subjects including liberal arts and professional courses.<BR>The profiles and activities of Educational Center for Information Processing of Kyoto University which maintains and administrates computer systems utilized for information science education are introduced. The organization of the system which has the server/client-distributed configuration with centralized facility which utilizes the main frame computer system, together with the campus computer network is described in detail.<BR>The relation of this system and general information science education is also mentioned.
