Abstract

携帯電話に搭載されているコバルト系正極を用いた小形リチウムイオン電池について、主に50℃の高温環境下で系統的に充放電サイクル試験、保存試験を実施し、サイクル特性に及ぼす放電深度(DOD)の影響、温度加速の可能性、保存特性に及ぼす充電状態(SOC)・トリクル充電の影響等について明らかにした。

We studied the life characteristics of LiCoO_2 based lithium-ion batteries for mobile phones using a high-temperature acceleration technique. The charge/discharge cycle and storage life of the batteries were systematically examined mainly at 50℃. Moreover, it was clarified that the trickle life was remarkably shorter compared with the storage life.
