Abstract
<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>Solid-state 13C NMR characterization of cross-linkage formation between the exocyclic methylene groups of labdane polymers in amber demonstrated that the process is an apparent first-order reaction with a half-life of ≈13 million years.</jats:p>
