In the report, high accuracy electromagnetic analysis using the nonstandard FDTD (NS-FDTD) method is described. Traditionally, the NS-FDTD method is carried out in a single frequency. Here, we have proposed a new type of NS-FDTD method in which the wide band analysis can be carried out in one computer run. The new method is applied to the scattering analysis of large-scale cavity.
