Abstract

<p>Abstract : In this case, we repaired the perforation site on the root canal wall using a microscope. During pulpectomy of the lower second molar, perforation was found on the canal wall of the mesial root. Immediately, the perforation was repaired using calcium hydroxide and glass-ionomer cement under a microscope. 1.5 years after the operation, the tooth is in a clinically good condition.</p>
