Abstract

後腹膜嚢腫は比較的稀な疾患のため, 日常診療において遭遇することは少ない。今回後腹膜漿液性嚢胞の1例を経験したので報告する。症例は43歳, 女性。平成14年6月健診で腹部CT検査をうけ腹腔内腫瘤を指摘されたため当院婦人科紹介受診, 右卵巣嚢腫と診断され入院となった。経膣超音波検査, 腹部MRI検査で右卵巣嚢腫と診断し平成14年9月手術を施行した。開腹の結果上腹部から下腹部を占める巨大な後腹膜腫瘍を認めたが浸潤の有無や消化管, 腸管膜血管系との解剖学的位置関係が不明のためそのまま閉腹した。術後精査を施行した結果, 巨大後腹膜漿液性嚢腫と診断しこれを摘出した。嚢腫内容液は約1,500mlで性状は無色漿液性であった。
