Abstract
In order to produce LC materials with high specific resistance and voltage holding ratio, LC mixture is designed using Sparkle model that considers an interaction between LC molecules and ions. Furthermore LC materials are purified by advanced purification method utilizing electrophoresis treatment. The specific resistance of LC materials can be increased one to two orders of magnitude by these techniques.
