Abstract

カイコ濃核病1型ウイルスの発病を完全に阻止する優性の非感受性遺伝子(No infection with densonucleosis virus type 1,遺伝子記号<i>Nid-1</i>)の遺伝分析を行い,以下の結果を得た。連関検索の結果,<i>Nid-1</i>はbts<sup>2</sup>及び<i>Bm</i>と連関し,第17連関群に所属することが判明した。<i>Nid-1</i>は,<i>Bm</i>との6蛾区578頭の試験結果から,当該連関群のほぼ中央に座位するものと推察された。<i>Nid-1</i>及びbts,owを用い,27蛾区9,176頭を供試した三点実験の結果,3遺伝子はbts,<i>Nid-1</i>,owの順に配列し,<i>Nid-1</i>遺伝子の座位を31.1と決定した。<br>

Genetic analysis of <i>Nid-1</i> (non-infection with densonucleosis virus type1), showing complete resistance against DNV-1, was carried out. From the linkage analysis, <i>Nid-1</i> was linked to <i>Bm</i> and <i>bts</i>2, on the seventeenth linkage group. Two point analysis between <i>Bm</i> and <i>Nid-1</i> showed that the distance between them was 20.8% when calculated from the 53 recombinants from 285 backcross segregants. Next, three point analysis was carried out between the genes, <i>bts</i>, <i>ow</i> and <i>Nid-1</i>, which were located at the midst of the chromosome, and the order and the loci of them were <i>bts</i> (30.1), <i>Nid-1</i> (31.1) and <i>ow</i> (36.4) from the recombination values of the backcrosses.<br>
