Abstract

MPO-ANCA関連血管炎の肺病変としては，肺胞出血の他に間質性肺炎が知られている．今回我々は，特発性肺線維症（idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis：IPF）の診断11年後に急速進行性糸球体腎炎，肺胞出血および多発単神経炎を認め，MPO-ANCA関連血管炎と診断した症例を経験したので報告する．<br>
