Abstract

症例は66歳，男性．皮膚筋炎を発症しプレドニゾロン60mg/日投与にて軽快していたが，溶血性貧血，血小板減少を認めTTPの併発と診断．血漿交換療法および抗血小板療法を施行するも改善せず，ビンクリスチン投与にて血小板数は正常化した．皮膚筋炎の症例に進行性の血小板減少がみられた場合はTTPを併発している可能性も念頭において速やかに精査，加療することが重要であると考えられた．<br>
