• 抗菌剤脾動脈内動注療法で治癒した脾，肝多発膿瘍の１例

Abstract

A 54-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of high grade fever and general fatigue. Abdominal CT scan revealed a splenic abscess and multiple liver abscesses. High fever persisted although antibiotics were given intravenously. After intraarterial chemotherapy though splenic artery, he became afebrile promptly and abscesses were not detected by CT. Thereafter, no sign of recurrence was found.
