Abstract

M. szulgaiは，まれな非結核性抗酸菌症であり，本邦では1960～2004年の間に18例の報告がある．今回，我々は，下腿腫脹，皮疹，多発リンパ節腫大で発症，急速に進行し呼吸不全を呈した症例を経験した．胸部CTでは，acute respiratory distress syndrome様の陰影を認めた．これまでに，M. szulgai感染で同様の陰影を認めた報告はなく，若干の文献的考察とともに報告する．<br>
