抄録

We report 2 cases of relatively rare hematocele of the maxillary sinus in 14-year-old and 38-year-old men reporting nasal obstruction and epistaxis. Computed tomography (CT) showed isodensity maxillary sinus masses mimicking malignant tumors by destroying the bony wall. Masses were removed transmaxillarily and endonasally. Both were diagnosed histopathologically as hematocele.<br>
