抄録

症例は74歳，女性.発熱と右頸部の腫脹を認め,肺結核の既往やクオンティフェロン（QFT）強陽性などから結核性リンパ節炎を疑ったが，リンパ節生検による病理学的評価およびPCR，ペア血清抗体価の測定により猫ひっかき病（cat scratch disease：CSD）と確定診断した．clarithromycin（CAM）を投与したところ合併症を認めずに治癒した．高齢者の頸部リンパ節腫脹，不明熱においてはCSDも鑑別疾患として念頭におくことが重要と思われた．<br>
