水車ガイドベーン操作機構部における無鉛化自己潤滑性軸受の摩擦摩耗性能の実験的評価 Experimental Evaluation of Tribological Characteristics of Lead-Free Self-Lubricating Bearing in Guide Vane Operation System for Hydraulic Turbine
The friction and wear characteristics of hydraulic guide vane bearing, which was designed to be worthy to sever operation, were investigated with lead-free self-lubrication bearing using radial journal test apparatus in fresh water condition. The friction and wear behaviors were compared with that of conventional self-lubrication. Though the friction coefficient of lead-free self-lubrication bearing is slightly high tendency in the early tests, ratio of abrasion quantity is not influenced by surface state of bearing and shaft. Lead-free self-lubrication bearing influenced by Hardness of shaft, andratio of abrasion quantity of lead-free self-lubrication bearing is less than that of conventional self-lubrication. Lead-freeself-lubrication bearing is applicable to hydraulic guide vane bearing.
