抄録

This paper studies about the adjustment of the land use control in the suburban area of adjacent cities between adopted different planning tools after city planning area reorganization caused by merger of municipalities. After analyzing the change of population and the development trend, process of the reorganization and policy of the land use control about Hakusan City, Nomi City and Komatsu City in Ishikawa Prefecture are clarified. In conclusion, land use control gaps are adjusted in a certain level by using Specific Usage Limitation Area and Development Ordinances, which is led by Prefecture government, and introduction of a new adjustment system is necessary, which could support wider area coordination by the Prefecture government.
