タイトル別名

粘液水腫性昏睡は高度の甲状腺機能低下症に何らかの誘因が加わることで，意識障害，呼吸障害，循環不全，低体温をきたす疾患である．医療レベルが高度化した今日でも死亡率は20％～30％と報告されている．今回早期に粘液水腫性昏睡と診断し救命しえた2型糖尿病の1例を経験したので報告する．<br>
