Abstract

N<sub>2</sub>-H<sub>2</sub>S雰囲気下,1,673~1,773KでCaO-SiO<sub>2</sub>-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>溶融スラグからの鉛の揮発速度を測定した。スラグ試料は都市ごみガス化溶融スラグを模擬し,20~30wt% CaO,30~60wt% SiO<sub>2</sub>,20~40wt% Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>,PbO 2,000mg・kg<SUP>−1</SUP>に調整した。鉛の溶融スラグからの揮発速度はスラグ中に残存するPbO含有量の経時変化から求めた。<br>その結果,N<sub>2</sub>-H<sub>2</sub>S雰囲気では溶融スラグ中のPbOはPbSとして揮発し,PbSの揮発速度はN<sub>2</sub>-O<sub>2</sub>雰囲気でのPbOの揮発速度よりも大きくなった。またPbSの見かけの揮発速度定数はH<sub>2</sub>S分圧の増加とともに増大し,CaO含有率の高い低粘度の溶融スラグほど増大した。さらに,H<sub>2</sub>SとHCl分圧が同一の場合,溶融スラグからのPbSとPbCl<sub>2</sub>の見かけの揮発速度定数はほぼ等しく,溶融温度の上昇とともに増大した。

The rate of volatilization of a lead compound from CaO-SiO<sub>2</sub>-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> molten slag was measured in an N<sub>2</sub>-H<sub>2</sub>S atmosphere at temperatures of 1673-1773K. The composition of the slag sample was adjusted to CaO 20-30wt%, SiO<sub>2</sub> 30-60wt% and Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 20-40wt% with an initial PbO content of 2000mg · kg<SUP>−1</SUP>, which simulated molten slag from the gasification-melting of MSW. The rate of volatilization of lead from the molten slag was determined by the time-change of the content of PbO remaining in the slag.<br>Results showed that the PbO in CaO-SiO<sub>2</sub>-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> molten slag volatilized as PbS in the N<sub>2</sub>-H<sub>2</sub>S atmosphere and the rate of volatilization of PbS was higher than that of volatilization of PbO in an N<sub>2</sub>-O<sub>2</sub> atmosphere. The apparent rate constant of volatilization of PbS increased with an increase in H<sub>2</sub>S partial pressure and was higher for molten slag with high-CaO content and low viscosity. Moreover, at the same partial pressure of H<sub>2</sub>S and HCl, the apparent rate constants of volatilization of PbS and PbCl<sub>2</sub> from molten slag were nearly equal and increased with rises in temperature.
