抄録

41歳女性．膵尾部腫瘤，多発肝腫瘤の精査目的に紹介入院．画像検査所見，肝腫瘤生検の病理組織および免疫組織化学染色所見から，高度な肝転移をともなう膵原発神経内分泌癌と診断．S-1/GEMによる化学療法に加え持続性オクトレオチド投与を施行したところ，7カ月間の腫瘍安定化と良好なQOL，および15カ月の生存期間が得られた．低分化型神経内分泌癌であったが本治療の有効性が示唆された．<br>
