Abstract

小脳神経回路の形成に大きく影響する伝達物質を可視化するため，生物学的な酵素反応，化学的な表面処理，工学的な光導波技術を利用した新しい神経伝達物質可視化デバイスを開発した．これを用い，アストロサイトが発達期小脳において「雰囲気」と時間秩序を作っていることを観察した．
