We report two children with tuberous sclerosis who developed complex partial status epilepticus. Ictal EEGs showed continuous irregular high voltage spike-and-wave complexes over the left anterior temporal to parietal area in Patient 1,and over the left frontal to anterior temporal area in Patient 2,respectively. The largest cortical tubers on MRI corresponded to the focus of ictal EEGs in these two patients.
