抄録

Tourism is a new form of travel that has emerged in the modern, and it's very significant to study the tourism as one of the most characteristic forms of modern ideas. And for the study of tourism, first we have to ask, as the essential problem that concerns mode of being, what is properly the travel for human beings. The purpose of this paper is to consider the religious meaning of travel from the viewpoint of history of religions, especially based on the approach by Mircea Eliade.
