In this paper we shall discuss some properties of mosaical collection and obtain the following main results: (1) closure-preserving collection consisting of open intervals of R is mosaical, (2) If A = {(a〓a,a〓a)×(b〓a,b〓a):a〓a,a〓a,b〓a,b〓a∈R∪{∞},α∈Λ} is a closurepreserving collection of open subsets of R^2, then A is mosaical, (3) There is a closurepreserving open collection of R^ω with the form {Πi〓ka(aia,bia)×ΠR:α∈Λ,ka∈ω} that is not mosaical.

この論文ではモザイカル集合族の性質を述べ,次の主な結果を証明する: (1) 実数直線の開区間からなる閉包保存族はモザイカルである。 (2) 平面における,開区間の積集合からなる閉包保存族はモザイカルである。 (3) 実数空間の可算無限積空間では開基の形で,しかも閉包保存なる族でも,モザイカルでない族が存在する。
