Mass spectrums were analyzed as drift voltage altered to determine the optimum condition in quantitative analysis of phytohormones (IAA, ABA and GA). In both IAA and ABA type, standard chemicals and marked ones showed almost same change of mass spectrum patterns. Optimum drift voltages for most intensity were 60 V in IAA and ABA type, 40 V in GA_3 and 80 V in GA_4. As to mass spectrums of all standards, it was confirmed the tendencies that as drift voltage increased, intensity of molecular ion peak decreased and fragment ion peak shifted to smaller m/z one. Drift voltages which existed molecular ion peak were 40 V in IAA type, 80 V in ABA type, 120 V in GA_3 and 140 V in GA_4. SIM method had 7 times higher sensitivity than Scan method, and was speculated to enable to determine the quantity in 100 pmol order.
