抄録

In this paper, the evaluation of analytic accuracy of acoustic wave propagation through multilayered mediums consisting of gas and solid phases by the boundary element method is presented. Usually, the Helmholz wave equation is used in analyzing acoustic fields, and the unknown function, sound pressure, is taken to be a scalar. In this paper, an equation for analyzing multilayered mediums consisting of gas and solid phases is proposed using the Navier-Cauchy equation of motion, where the unknown function, displacement, is taken to be a vector. By this method, the accuracy of analysis is evaluated from the point of view of characteristic impedance.
