843 Ti-Ni 形状記憶合金薄膜の応答特性 The Response Behavior of Ni-Ti Shape Memory Alloy Thin Film

Bidirectional type Ti-Ni shape memory alloy (SMA) thin films of 5μm were produced, and their response characteristics was evaluated. In the case of over-heating and insufficient-heating condition, the response amplitude of the film decreases. The thermal condition of lamp output 5.9W and duty ratio 50% became an optimum heating condition. However, the response amplitude of the films tended to lower with increasing their response frequency. Therefore, it is possible that the response amplitude is made to increase by setting the different thermal condition in lower and higher frequency region.
