Education of pre-design process has been performed with creating robots which are called the autonomous robots. The purpose of this lecture is that the students who are in colleges of technology or engineering departments of universities learn high creativity. The robots possess the feature of robotics programming and construction. This paper describes the specific examples of machine creation laboratory which was held by using Lego Mindstorms, and then introduces the outcome of educative effects in engineering education. Whether each student succeeds or not, they experienced that they could get some results and solve the issues through the laboratory. The use of these robots for engineering education is considerably effective including the group activities, writing reports and presentations.
