抄録
We have grown high quality CLBO crystal by using the effect of stirring the solution. The laser damage resistance and dislocation density of this crystal have been estimated and compared with those grown by conventional method. Obtained results indicated that the stirring of solution is effective to improve the laser damage threshold (maximum 2.5 times) and decrease the dislocation density.
