抄録
Stoichiometric LiTaO_3 (SLT) single-crystals were grown from an off-congruent Li-rich solution by the double crucible Czochralski (DCCZ) method equipped with the automatically powder supply system. A 3 mm-thick-periodicaliy poled stoichiometric LiTaO_3 (PPSLT) crystal with domain-inverted periods of 28, 29, 30 um and the Interaction length of 18 mm was successfully fabricated using an electric field poling process.
