抄録

We investigated the effect of solution stirring on protein crystal growth by vapor diffusion technique. Solution stirring accelerated the spontaneous nucleation in a high supersaturated solution. In contrast, it also enabled to homogenize the protein solution, leading to prevention of spontaneous nucleations in a low supersaturated solution as compared to still conditions.
