Abstract

本稿では,人とロボットの間に円滑なインタラクションを成立させるためのインタフェースモデルを提案する.本モデルでは,ユーザはまず携帯端末上の擬人化エージェントとインタラクトすることにより,エージェントに対して信頼感や親近感を持つようになる.その後,必要に応じて,エージェントはロボットへ移動(migration)するが,ユーザとエージェントの関係はそのまま継承されるため,ユーザはロボットに対して信頼感や親近感を持ち,さらにこの関係を維持するため,ロボットに対して追従行動をとると予測できる.本研究では,提案したモデルをロボットシステムとして実装し,そのシステムを用いた心理実験により評価を行った.その結果,上記の予測を検証することができた.本稿ではさらに,本研究における問題点について議論し,本システムの応用例としてのガイドロボットシステムについて述べる.We propose a robot interface model with a lifelike agent in order toconstruct a relationship between humans and robots, and show theresults of psychological experiments using the proposed model. In ourmodel, the agent can migrate from a user's mobile PC to a robot whenthe agent has to work in the physical world. As a result of themigration, the robot can inherit the context from the interactions between a user and an agent so that a relationship between a user anda robot is formed. We conducted experiments for the inspection of ourprospects mentioned above. The focus of our experiments was toexplore the validity of the hypotheses as follows; 1) subjects come tobe familiar with the robots to which the agent migrated from the PC,and 2) subjects unconsciously follow the robots because of theentrainment of the relationship. The results of the experimentssupported our hypotheses statistically.
