Abstract

シイタケの原木栽培において,ほだ木に処理した殺虫剤フェニトロチオンの子実体への吸収•残留について調査した。ほだ化したシイタケの原木を,フェニトロチオン50%乳剤希釈液に浸漬し,あるいは噴霧処理を行った。薬剤処理を行ったほだ木より発生したシイタケ子実体およびほだ木樹皮について,経時的にガスクロマトグラフィーによる残留分析を行った。その結果,薬剤処理区においては,いずれの試料からもフェニトロチオンが検出され,子実体による吸収が認められた。しかし,その検出量は薬剤処理方法により差がみられ,食品中の残留農薬に関する厚生省告示による,シイタケの基準値を試験期間中満たしたのは噴霧処理を行った区のみであった。また,ほだ木樹皮での検出値は子実体に比べ著しく高く,減衰は緩慢だった。

The uptake of fenitrothion by fruit bodies of shiitake, <I>Lentinus edodes</I> (BERK.) SING., from treated bed logs was investigated. Chemical treatment of bed logs colonized with shiitake was performed by immersion in a diluted emulsion of the chemical or by spraying. The fruit bodies and the surface barks of bed logs were sampled at intervals during about one year for residual analyses of fenitrothion. It was detected in the fruit bodies, indicating that it was transferred to them from the bed logs by vegetative hyphae. The amounts of fenitrothion in the fruit body samples varied and were correlated with the chemical treatment methods. No difference of fenitrothion concentrations was detected between pilei and stems of the fruit bodies. The residues of fenitrothion in fruit bodies growing on bed logs treated by the spraying method were less than the tolerance level set by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Japan for fenitrothion residues in food. An abundance of chemical was detected in the barks of bed logs, but it decreased gradually after chemical treatment.
