The Tomatsujo ruins of a castle are medieval ruins of a castle in Amagasaki-shi. According to "Hosokawa-Ryoukeki", it turns out that the important role was played in the western Settsu area. Since the Tomatsujo ruins of a castle were possession of an individual, they were paid to the country in kind as an inheritance tax, and a possibility of being applied to auction came out of them. In response to the situation, these Tomatsujo ruins of a castle were saved, and the motion that the history of a circumference area would be thought over took place locally. The Kobe University Area Center responded to the motion. As an indicator of the Tomatsujo castle museum construction, a virtual museum will be made and shown on web. A local resident takes the lead, the Tomatsujo castle "a museum" is made, and a new viewpoint is not seen technically. However, it is thought that the state of the virtual museum as a "place" where a researcher and a local resident are united with the motion, which makes an actual museum based on a virtual museum, will be what has the new relation between history, museum study, and a computer. This paper examines a subject with the meaning in the virtual museum creation.
