Abstract

カメラ,マイク,モーションセンサを搭載したマルチモーダルヘッドセットを装着することで,話者が会話中に行う非意図的な「うなずき」動作を検出し,会話中の重要箇所をマルチモーダルセンサデータから知識コンテンツとして抽出するシステムを実装した.本稿では,会話の重要箇所を把握する手段としてのうなずきの有効性を実験を通して述べ,状況や個人差を考慮したうなずきの検出方法とその応用について論じる.We have developed a system which can detect unintended nods of an audience in a conversation, and extract meaningful parts of the conversation as knowledge contents by using a "Multimodal headset" carrying a CCD camera, a microphone and motion sensors. In this paper, we describe effectiveness of nods as a way to comprehend meanings of communications, and discuss methods to detect nods according to situations or a personal equation through experiments.
