Abstract
デュアルキュア型支台築造用コンポジットレジン4製品(Built it FR, DCA-300, Unifil Core, Clearfil DC Core)の曲げ特性,被削性,X線不透過性,ファイラー形状,フィラー成分などを検討した.曲げ特性は重合方法によって異なり,3製品では化学重合のみでは光重合での値に達しなかったが,1製品では光重合を行わなくても化学重合のみで十分に硬化した.曲げ強さはいずれの製品も象牙質に劣るものの,曲げ弾性係数は3製品が象牙質に近似していた.被削性とX線不透過性はいずれの製品も象牙質よりも大きく,X線撮影で象牙質との識別は容易であった.走査電子顕微鏡観察ではいずれの製品も形状と粒径の異なるフィラーから構成され,バリウムもしくはストロンチウムを含有し,これらの元素によりX線不透過性が付与されていると考えられた.
Flexural properties, machinability, radiopacity, filler composition and geometry of four dual-cure composites for foundation restoration, Built it FR, DCA-300, Unifil Core and Clearfil DC Core, were examined. Flexural properties varied with polymerization modes ; the properties obtained by only chemical without light activation of three products were inferior to those obtained by light activation, while the other demonstrated that the properties obtained by only chemical activation were almost identical to those obtained by light activation. The flexural strength of evaluated composites was smaller than that of dentin, however, the flexural moduli of the three products were similar to that of dentin. All composites showed greater machinability and opacity than dentin. Composite and dentin were easily distinguished in radiographic image. Each oomposite contains different types and sizes of filler by scanning electron microscope investigation. The radiopacity of composite was mainly due to Ba or Sr.
