Abstract

本研究は,児童(5・6年生)の目を通して授業を評価するための尺度作成を主目的とした.そのさい,それらの尺度の有効性を検討するために,二つの学級の事例研究を行なった.評価は,約1ヵ月間の理科の授業を対象として,6月と10月の2回にわたって行なわれた.おもな結果は次のとおりであった.(1)教授行動に関する二つの評価尺度(「学習の仕方の指導」,「自主性と信頼関係を育てるための配慮」)が作成された.(2)学習行動に関する四つの尺度(「自分の考えに基づいた発言」など)が作成された.(3)学習集団雰囲気に関する三つの尺度(「活発さと明るさ」など)が作成された.(4)各尺度の信頼性はかなり高かった.(5)「最良型」学級と「落ちこみ型」学級と命名できる2学級の事例研究を通して,尺度の有効性が確かめられた.

The main purpose of the present study was to develop the rating scales for instruction as seen through the eyes of the pupils and make a diagnosis of each classroom instruction by using the scales. The research was conducted twice (in June and October) to rate the science class. The main results were as follows : (1) We developed two rating scales for teachers' teaching behavior in which the first scale asked the pupils to rate the teacher as he taught them how to learn, the second scale as he considered them. (2) We developed four rating scales for pupils' learing behavior in which one scale asked the pupils to rate their own speaking behavior during instruction. (3) We developed three rating scales for learning group atmosphere in which one scale asked the pupils to rate the active and light aspect of classroom atmosphere. (4) Each scale had considerably high reliability and validity. (5) We conducted the case study about two characteristic classes named "Best Type" and "Declining Type." As the result, we could get some significant data supporting the pupils' ratings.
