抄録

A case of primary adenocarcinoma of the lung with cylindromatous adenoma in a woman aged 65 was reported.<BR>Histologically it showed the transition from cylindromatous adenoma to adenoid cystic carcinoma and adenocarcinoma tubulare in the different part of the same tumor.<BR>It was suggested that this tumor was derived from cylindromatous adenoma, and its biological malignancy and the method of treatment were discussed.
