Abstract

本論文では位相シフトPWM制御方式を用いたロスレスキャパシタスナバ支援フルブリッジ高周波直列負荷共振インバータを取り上げ,その軽負荷域でのゼロ電圧ソフト補助共振ACリンクスナバスイッチング特性を改善した高周波ソフトスイッチング直列共振インバータを提示し新方式デュアルモード制御高周波インバータに対しシミュレーションと試作実験による性能評価を図説・検討している。さらに,新方式インバータを用いたデュアルパックスIHヒータ形流体加熱システムについて性能評価検討をしている。

In this paper, the lossless capacitor snubber full bridge-type high frequency load resonant inverter with phase shifted PWM control scheme and AC side active auxiliary resonant AC link snubber and lossless capacitor snubber-assisted full bridge high frequency series load resonant inverter proposed here are comparatively evaluated and discussed including a simulation and experiment. It is proved that the AC side active resonant snubber-assisted soft switching phase shift PWM high frequency series load resonant inverter using IGBT power modules on the basis of simulation and experiment can considerably expand soft switching of these inverters are comparatively range based on auxiliary active resonant AC link snubber operating under low power control setting. In this paper, the operating characteristics is evaluated and analyzed for electromagnetic induction eddy current based super heated steamer using Dual Packs Heater.
