Abstract

本論文では,ZVS-PWM制御高周波SEPP直列負荷共振インバータと昇圧インダクタ電流不連続モード(DCM)で動作する昇圧型PFCコンバータを一体化した回路部品点数が少ないシンプルな2スイッチブースト・ハーフブリッジ形1ステージソフトスイッチングPWM高周波SEPPインバータとした電力1段変換装置を提案している。これは電力2段変換装置よりも回路部品点数を減らし高効率化と低コスト化ができ,PFCコンバータ動作により,総合力率が1で歪みの少ない正弦波入力電流波形ができることを示している。提案1ステージ形高周波インバータ(高周波サイクロインバータ)回路の動作原理や特徴をシミュレーション解析と試作実験をもとにして,その性能評価と検討を行った結果について述べている。

This paper presents a two-switch boost-half bridge a single stage prototype of single-phase utility AC-grid interfaced soft switching high-frequency inverter with an active power filtering function, which is more acceptable for consumer IH cooking heater and steamer. The proposed one stage high-frequency inverter circuit or high-frequency cycloinverter is mainly composed of a single stage power conversion processing combined by discontinuous current mode (DCM) PFC power converter due to a boost chopper topology and a constant frequency ZVS-PWM controlled high-frequency SEPP inverter with induction heated load, such as rice cooker, floor heating steamer and fixing heating drum roller in copy and printer including facsimile. This two-switch boost-half bridge type one stage power conversion processing includes some advantageous points such as simple configuration, low cost, harmonic current reduction with unity power factor, and wide soft switching operation range. Its operating principle is described and discussed herein. In addition to these, the operating performances of this power converter are illustrated on the basis of simulation and experimental results. Its practical effectiveness is proved from an experimental point of view.
