Abstract

高温超伝導バルクおよび薄膜の表面抵抗R_sの温度特性を計算するために、3流体モデルが提案されている。本論文では、この3流体モデルを用いてR_sの周波数特性を計算する。まず、YBCOバルクに対して本モデルによるR_sの温度特性を計算することより得られた計算パラメータを用いて、R_sの周波数特性を計算する。本モデルによるR_sの計算結果が、従来の2流体モデル、3流体モデル、"enhanced"2流体モデルによる計算結果よりも温度の広範囲にわたり測定値と一致することを示す。次に、YBCO薄膜に対しても同様の比較を行い、本モデルが高温超伝導体のR_sの温度依存性と周波数依存性の評価に有効であることを実証した。

The three-fluid model has been proposed to calculate temperature dependence of surface resistance R_s for high-T_c superconductor buik and films. In this paper, we try to caluulate frequency dependence of R_s for high-T_c superconductor buik and films by the three-fluid model. First, for a YBCObulk, frequency dependence of R_s is calculated using computational parameter which is got from calcuration of temperature dependence of R_s by the presented model. It is shown that calcurated results of R_s by the presented model fit best with measured results of the four caluculated results by the three, conventional two-, conventional three-, and "Enhanced" two-fluid model. Second, for YBCOfilms, we compare calcurated results by the presented model with one by the conventional two-, conventional three-, and "Enhanced" two-fluid model in the same way. It was verified that the presented model is useful to evaluate temperature and frequency dependence of R_s.
