Abstract

高温超伝導バルクと同様に高温超伝導薄膜の表面抵抗R_sの温度特性を計算するための改良形3流体モデルが提案される。Y-Ba-Cu-O、Eu-Ba-Cu-O、Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O薄膜に対して、本モデルによるR_sの計算結果が示される。本モデルの有効性はR_sの計算値と測定値の比較により実証される。また、Y-Ba-Cu-O、Eu-Ba-Cu-O、Tl-Ba-Cu-O薄膜それぞれ一つずつおよび4つのY-Ba-Cu-Oバルクの材料品質が、本モデルから導出される伝導電子密度と運動量緩和時間の関係により評価される。

The improved three-fluid model is proposed to calculate tempera ture dependence of surface resistance R_s for high T_c supercondudtor films as well as bulk.For a Y-Ba-Cu-O,a Eu-Ba-Cu-O, and a Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O film,calculated result of R_s by the presented model are shown.In comparison with this,calculated results of R_s by the conventional two-,three-,and "Enhanced" two-fiuid model are also shown.The validity of the presented model is confirmed by comparison of calculation for R_s with measurement for one.The material quality of a Y-Ba-Cu-O,a Eu-Ba-Cu-O,and a Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O films and four Y-Ba-Cu-O bulk materials can be evaluated from the relation between electron densities and momentum relaxation time derived from the presented model.
