Abstract

2つのTM_01δ>モード誘電体共振器をYBCO高温超伝導空洞の中心に同軸状に配置することにより、3dB帯域幅が36MHzの12GHz帯最平坦形帯域通過フィルタを構成した。このフィルタを77K以下の冷却した場合、0.1dB以下の損失、少なくとも10Wの耐電力性といった優れた特性が理論的および実験的に実証された。

A maximally flat type bandpass filter with 3dB bandwidth 36MHz at 12GHz is constructed by orienting two TM_01δ> mode dielectric rod resonators in the center of YBCO high-T_csuperconducting bulk cylinder. It is verified theoretically and experimentally that this filter cooled below 77K has superior characteristics such as a lowloss below 0.1dB and a high power of at least 10W.
