Abstract

中心周波数264.05MHz、3dB比帯域0.76%の集中定数バンドパスフィルタを設計、両面YBa_2Cu_3O_<7-δ> (YBCO)成膜の40mm角MgO基板上に製作し、温度70Kにてリターンロス-19.9dB、最小挿入損失0.1dB以下、リップル0.ldB以下の良好な伝送特性を得た。この結果から、VHF帯における小型化、低損失化を実証した。また、L,C素子の周波数依存性及びケースの天井高を考慮することにより、より正確なシミユレーシヨンが可能なことを示した。

5-pole lumped element bandpass filter whose center frequency was 264,05MHz and fractional band width was 0.76% has been designed. It was fabricated using double-sided YBa_2Cu_3O_<7-δ> thin films on the 40mm X 40mm MgO substrate. The return loss, minimum insertion loss and ripple were measured to be -19.9dB, less then 0.1dB, less then 0.1dB at 70K, respectively. This result verifies both compactness and low loss characteristics in VHF band. The simulated frequency response that considered the frequency dependence of C, L elements and cavity effects gives fairly good agreement with measured frequency response.
