Abstract

本研究では高誘電率低損失の誘電体円柱を空洞内に装荷した構造の誘電体円柱装荷空洞共振器によりUHF帯において直径50mmの誘電体平板試料の複素誘電率を測定する方法を検討する。このため、本共振器構造に対するモード展開法による厳密な解析に基ついて共振周波数と無負荷Qを計算するためのプログラムを開発し、その有効性を計算と実験の比較により実証する。

For effective control of microwaves in the frequency domain with semiconductor plasma,this letter proposes a new optical control method utilizing the current distribution of the standing wave on the terminated microstrip line.An open-ended microstrip line is analized theoretically using the frequency-dependent finite- difference time-domain method to indicate the effectiveness of our proposal.Further,an optically controlled microstrip filter is proposed as an application of this method.This filter works as a band elimination filter at lower plasma density and as a band pass filter at moderate plasma density.
