Abstract

3次元電磁界シミュレータとして知られているHFSSを用いて、2重モード方形導波管共振器帯域通過フィルタの電磁界解析を行い、その通過帯域におけるエネルギー伝搬の様子を検討する。また、2重モードBPFについて新しい等価回路を提案し、回路シミュレータMDSを用いて所望の特性が得られることを示す。

The electromagnetic field variation behavior in dual-mode rectangular waveguide bandpass filters is studied by using the high-frequency structure simulater(HFSS).Based on the field distribution in the filters, new equivalent circuits for dual-mode bandpass filters are proposed.The scattering characteristics of these equivalent circuits are simulated by the microwave and RF design system(MDS), and the agree well with predictions by traditional equivalent circuits.
