Abstract

マイクロ波シミュレータHFSS ver.4.0とHP HFSS ver.5.11を用いて、方形導波管で構成された反作用形空洞共振器の共振周波数と外部Q_e値の計算及び検討を行う。同じ空洞共振器に対して、計算を比較した結果、HP HFSS ver.5.11はHFSS ver.4.0に比べて1/2の使用メモリで3倍高速に計算できることを明らかにする。また、空洞共振器と励振導波管との結合孔寸法や共振器長を変え計算を行い、寸法に対する共振周波数と外部Q_e値の変化特性を求める。

The resonant frequency f_0 and the external Q_e value of a rectangular waveguide cavity resonator are calculated by using the microwave simulator HFSS ver.4.0 and HP HFSS ver.5.11. Computational results reveal that for the same waveguide cavity resonator structure, the computer memories required by the HP HFSS ver.5.11 are only half that by the HFSS ver.4.0. The computation speed of HP HFSS ver.5.11 is 3 times faster. Computation is performed for different dimensions of the cavity resonator and different dimensions of the coupling apture between the cavity resonator and the external excitation wavegude. Variation characteristics of the resonant frequency and external Q_e value with these structural dimensions are obtained.
