Abstract

3次元電磁界シミュレータHP-HFSSを用いて、2重及び3重モード方形導波管BPFの電磁界解析を行う。また、2重及び3重モードBPFの新しい等価回路を提案し、BPFをその等価回路を用いて設計する。その特性を回路シミュレータMDSを用いて計算し、所望の特性が得られることを示す。また共振器内の電磁界電磁界分布と等価回路の関係を検討した。

The electromagnetic field in dual-and triple-mode rectangular waveguide bandpass filters is studied by using the high-frequency structure simulator (HFSS). Equivalent circuits of dual-and triple-mode resonators are derived based on the EM field variation behavior. Bandpass filters are designed by using the derived equivalent circuits, and their characteristics are simulated by the microwave and RF design system (MDS). Desired filter characteristics are obtained. The relation of the field distribution in the resonator to the equivalent circuit is studies by using HFSS and MDS.
